Location: Martha’s Vineyard, MA

The Season: May-June. We focus on top water stripers in the sound, estuaries and saltwater ponds.  July –Oct chasing all the hardtail species.

The Structure: flats and shallow shorelines

 Method: Sight casting to cruising and layed  up striped bass

Hogy Selection: 7” Amber and 3.5″ Flounder

The Time of Day: Any time of the Day

Tides: Doesn’t matter as long as it’s moving.

Weather Conditions: Love the sun for working the flats and shore lines, but love fog in the big water.

Special Tip: When sight fishing for Striped bass presentation is everything.
