Rigging Video: Hogy Flounder with Darter Head
Darter Head Rigging:
This is a great way to rig the flounder when fishing shallow water (Under 70 feet). It can be fished either drifting or at anchor. Try casting the flounder out and maintain a slow retrieve across the bottom, using small twitches of the rod tip. This will make the flounder dance across the bottom.
Especially effective for Striped Bass, Grouper and Cobia.
